For all extension and braid/twist services, hair must be completely clean and free of any residue (oil, grease, glue, etc.) before appointment. Necessary products will be used in hair during service.

Due to limited space in the studio, no extra guests are allowed unless they are also being serviced. Chilrden must follow same rule.

Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advanced. A non-refundable $25 deposit fee is required for all extension services in order for your booking to be confirmed. After booking desired service, click the "Pay Deposit" tab on the menu and proceed to submit your payment. 

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours after booking, and at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

No call, no show = no new appointment. Please be curtious of others. Deposit remains non-refundable.

Payment is required at the end of service. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. If paying with cash, please have the exact amount; no change is given.
